If our minimum stay policy is prohibiting you from making your reservation, please call 800 900 9016 so that we may do our best to accommodate you.
A deposit of 50% holds your reservation. If cancellation becomes necessary 30 days or more prior to your visit we will refund one-half of your deposit. Within 30 days of your arrival, if cancellation becomes necessary, you will forfeit your full deposit.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the reservation are non-refundable. Cash, check and major credit cards are accepted. All rates are subject to change.
Montana has an accommodations tax of 8%. The Lodges has an 8% resort fee and a 3.5% merchant fee.
To ensure that you have chosen the unit best suited to your needs, please read carefully the unit description prior to booking.
Check-in is after 4 pm, and checkout is no later than 11 am. If you desire to arrive early, please call ahead to see if we can accommodate your request.
RECREATIONAL OFFERINGS - USE ACKNOWLEDGMENT AND ASSUMPTION OF RISK
The Lodges on Seeley Lake provide complimentary amenities for our guests' enjoyment. Including but not limited to: bicycles, kayaks, canoes, paddleboards, rowboats, campfires and horseshoes.
By making a reservation with The Lodges on Seeley Lake, I acknowledge and agree that:
Participation in recreational activities involves inherent risks, including but not limited to injury, drowning, collision, changing weather conditions, water hazards, equipment failure, and other unforeseen dangers.
I voluntarily assume all risks associated with the use of any recreational equipment provided by The Lodges on Seeley Lake.
I understand that I am responsible for determining whether I possess the necessary skills, physical ability, and judgment to safely operate the equipment.
I understand that children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
Lifejackets are required on the watercraft for each person on board . Children under 12 must be wearing their life jackets.
I acknowledge that use of the equipment is at my own risk and that The Lodges on Seeley Lake, its owners, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be responsible for any injury, loss, damage, or liability arising from my participation in these activities.
Rates are based on occupancy specific to each cabin. Additional guests in cabins are not to exceed 1 person over-occupancy; the charge is $50.00 per person per night.
While visiting The Lodges on Seeley Lake, please remember that many species of wildlife call this special place home, you may encounter creatures that you don’t see when at home. Many are very curious so we recommend that you keep all doors closed and do not open windows that do not have screens. Keeping your cabin free of unwelcome visitors is your responsibility. Take care to keep our wild things wild.
Our beach, dock and the grounds are exclusive to guests lodging with us. If you intend to have day visitors, we ask that the reservation holder check in at the Main Lodge. A $40 per person fee is required for day-use visitors.
All lodging is smoke-free. A $250 cleaning fee will be charged if it is discovered that there has been smoking in a cabin.
The Lodges on Seeley Lake is a pet-free resort.
We cannot accommodate RV or tent camping.
